• Minimum stay of 2 nights required
• Down payment/deposit is 40% of the total accommodation expenses and the additional €15,00 reservation costs,  the rest has to be paid upon arrival in the accommodation booked.
• Bed linen and towels are provided for.

Cancellation and/or modification costs
If you make reservations using  Bed & Breakfast Holland, you accept the relevant cancelation and now show conditions of Bed & Breakfast Holland and the accommodation concerned.

These conditions/costs are as follows:

• In case of cancellation up to 7-4 days before arrival date: 50% of the deposit
• In case of cancellation up to 3-1 day (s) before arrival date: 100% of the deposit
• In less than 24 hours or less, or in case of ‘no-show’: 100% of the rest sum of the full reservation.
• To make modifications in (e.g. extra reservations, changes in data, or personal changes) €20
• Cancelations and modifications can only be made by using e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and will only be valid after these costs are paid. Please take into account changes can only be made during business hours ( Mondays-Fridays 11.00-17.00)

Children

• 0-2 years free, see under accommodation details if there is a children’s bed available.
• In some accommodations it is not possible to stay with children, see reservation details.
• Some accommodations have special rates for children

Alteration of arrivaltime

Always confirm this via e-mail or by phone with the host/hostess of the accommodation. So not with Bed&Breakfast Holland.
